Hey John, 44 sounds pretty old doesn't it? But you're not even half way there - modern medicine will keep us all going well past 100....
Hope you get to enjoy a good day with family - especially those kids.

Get together in 2008
10 years ago I moved from Alaska to Maine. 20 years ago, I met Michelle. 30 years ago, I was just meeting most of you bums in the library of old alma mater - Bishop Verot.
These years keep clicking by, boys - lets make some new memories instead of re-treading these old ones. I know we are all involved in a life rich with family and jobs, obligations and deeds, and a beer now and then. But lets try to make a weekend somewhere this Spring. We flunked last year. How about May 2,3,4 in DC or Michigan, or NC? I will certainly invite you all to Maine but its not close to anything except the way to Canada (which is looking better everyday).
Any energy for this?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't start the party without me! Hello boys! Long time no bloggo! Good to be back! Did anyone ever tell you guys you take a lot of pictures. Holy cow!
Well, El and I are coming to terms with a family of 3. I am overwhelmed by all things baby! Wow, 9 months and ready to rule the world. Marissa is beautiful in many ways, but I just didn't realize the sheer exhaustion that would set in.
I came home from work, poured some whiskey into a glass of hot water, added honey, waited 30 seconds for it to cool then slugged it down! Sick in Motown with 3 kids all cooped up. Yikes! Welcome to 2008! Well, it that's the way this year is going to go then I say BRING IT!
Men, I miss you. OK, not really. Just thought I soften up the belly a little. Now the undercut, before any of us start disappearing - Mike, are you out there? - let me just say that I admire you all and wished we all lived in the same town. You guys are the best! Truly, if I can muster any love out of this old heart of mine, I would have to say that a good portion, not all, but a fairly good portion would be poured out on the likes of you gents. You're great examples to me of what to do with a life. How to ride a book, explore a woods, weild a spatula and drink a beer. I hope I can be an example myself someday. I do make a mighty fine choc chip cookie.
OK, I'll find my camy and snaps some shots for the bloggerama! 2008- gonna be great!
Peace Out! Love and Harmony! I resolve to write more on this bloggggg!!!!!

Happy 2008 Guys - Lets RELAX a little more this year

Some of you have seen recent pics of my family - some have not, primarily b/c I don't have a good address for you. The boy, Spencer is 14, a freshman in Freeport HS (remember those days?). Emma, 12, is in middle school and Maya is 8 and in 2nd grade at the school where Michelle works. And of course, I didn't miss too many meals in 2007. In case there was a terrorist attack and food was rationed, I was prepared. Michelle's easy smile compliments my graying hair.....
