Anyone read this book? Nothing like the present moment to seize life's ripe fruit. I highly recommend it. There is a sort of ethical digression of the woman's first marraige that you have to get past, but the section on eating in Italy is just fantastic. Guys, 2009 will go by even faster than 2008. Despite hurricanes, financial collapse, unemployment, deaths in families, and even births in families, its our relationships that carry the weight of our existence through the mire of daily being. Tally Ho, Men! Can we try to meet in Washington DC this spring or summer? Or maybe Chicago? Hell, I'd even break my vow and travel back to Florida (for a weekend) if that's what it takes. We need an organizer. A champion. A rouser of ambition.
